What are your store hours?
Murray
Location: Mondays 10am-5pm, Tuesday-Saturday 10am-7pm.
Layton Location: Monday-Saturday 10am-7pm *Mountain
Standard Time.

What if I live outside of Utah?
We
would love to take your order over the phone or via the Internet.
However, all special orders must be called-in. Please call us if you
have any questions about ordering.
4.
How soon can I get a special order dress?
Special
order dresses can be rush-shipped in as little as four weeks; please
call or e-mail with questions on specific styles.
5.
Can you send me a catalog?
We
don't offer catalogs at this time; our products are always
changing, so a catalog would not always be accurate. You can be
added to our email list by filling out our Questionnaire.
Our newsletters go out to those on our email list each month with
Sales Promotions, New Products, and information about what Modest by
Design has coming up for the month.
6.
Do you offer color/pattern swatches?
We
do offer swatches on some of our gown styles. Please send an email
to info@modestbydesign.com
with your name and address and the color(s) and style(s) of the dress
you are interested in.
7.
When will my order be shipped?
In-stock
orders are usually shipped within 48 hours and received within 3-4
days of shipping if in the U.S. Orders shipped outside the country
can take 5-10 days. Special Orders are shipped as soon as we receive
them (you will receive an approximate ship date when your order is
placed). All orders are shipped via USPS.

How do I know what size to order?
Please
see our How
to Measure
page. Then compare your measurements with the measurement chart that
corresponds with your gown. Taking your measurements carefully is
the best way to get the best fit.
*Note:
this does not mean that your gown will fit exactly; your gown will
probably still require some alterations. If you still have questions
after taking your measurements, please call.
9.
Do you offer alternate sleeves?
You
can special order dresses with longer sleeves; you pick the length
and we can make it for you. Petal sleeves can also be ordered with
some styles. Please call or e-mail with questions on specific
styles.
10.
Do any of the gowns come in extra-long or petite lengths?
Some
of our gowns can be ordered either extra long or shorter by 5 inches
(only the skirt is shorter, the bodice is not petite); please call
for more information. Please plan ahead, as these orders generally
take 4-8 weeks for delivery.
